School Comms

Whitley Abbey Primary School is working towards becoming a cashless school and uses School Gateway to accept online payments from parents.  We use this in conjunction with My School App to make sure our parents are as closely involved with their children’s school lives as possible.

How Do I Register?

To allow you to use the ‘School Gateway’ App we would encourage you to download the App and register so that you can start using it straight away when we go live.  Below are the details of how to register.  If you are already registered for School Gateway as you have a child at another school that uses it then please follow the instructions ‘if already registered’.  We will be adding products such as Abbey Oaks Wraparound, School Uniform etc over the coming weeks so these will become visible to you where applicable.  Please bear with us while we too get used to the new system, I am sure we will have a few hiccups along the way.

You can scan the QR Code to download the App at the main school office OR download from the App Store or GooglePlay.

To register go to the login screen on the App/Web. If using the web version of School Gateway ensure the NEW USER tab is selected before inputting any details
Enter the email address and mobile number that is registered with the school.
A PIN will be sent on a text.
Enter the 4 digit PIN number received via text.
Once logged in the home screen will be displayed.

If Already Registered

Access as an existing user
Enter the email that is registered with the school and your existing PIN
Once logged in the home screen will be displayed.

If you have forgotten your PIN

On the login screen click on Forgotten PIN
Enter the email address and mobile number that is registered with the school.
A PIN will be sent on a text.
Enter the 4 digit PIN number received via text.
Once logged in the home screen will be displayed.
