“Whitley Abbey’s eco council team have put together a renewable energy challenge for KS1 and KS2. The aim is to develop understanding of how we can use renewable resources to create energy. The children can complete one or both of the challenges. It would be great to see pictures of their experiments or bring them into school. There will be a prize for KS1 and KS2 for the child that shows enthusiasm and understanding of how their renewable energy device can help save the environment which will be awarded at the start of next half term (6th June).” click to read more
