We have the Schools Nursing Team in school on Thursday 23rd September to carry out the annual Flu Vaccines for our pupils in Reception through to Year 6.
Attached are the details of the Immunisation Program along with a link for you to follow to provide consent for your child to have the vaccine. Please note this needs to be done before the link closes on 15th September and you are also required to do a consent for each child you have in school.
